Review transfer eligibility

Before applying to Wayne State, please confirm that you meet the following requirements:

  • You must have at least 24 transferable credits of previous college work and a minimum 2.5 combined, cumulative GPA from all higher education institutions you have attended.
  • If you have completed an associate degree, you may be admitted with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • If you plan to apply to a professional program such as nursingsocial work, or pharmacy and health sciences, contact these programs individually for additional requirements.
