Transferring from one school to another can be a big move, and Wayne State University has a team ready to guide you through the process and support you during your first semesters here. The Transfer Student Success Center (TSSC) serves and advocates for prospective, incoming and currently enrolled transfer students. Our Transfer Student Ambassadors will point you toward the resources available and work with you to create a plan that will help you reach your goals. We are dedicated to your success and have been named to Phi Theta Kappa's Transfer Honor Roll for multiple years for our commitment to transfer students.

Transfer Tuesdays
During Transfer Tuesdays, meet with a transfer advisor to get answers to your questions about transferring credits, application processes, transfer pathways, scholarships, the Michigan Transfer Agreement and more. Additionally, if you need assistance outside of our service areas, we can seamlessly refer you to on-campus resources.

Transfer Success and Recognition Summit
The Transfer Success and Recognition Summit is for community college counselors, advisors, faculty, and leaders. This interactive summit focuses on transfer success strategies that support students in completing their degrees and prepare them to launch their careers. The summit also highlights and celebrates student success initiatives and leaders at Wayne State University and our college partners who are making a difference in transfer student success.
