Submitting Student Assessment Scores
All instructors are responsible for submitting their gen ed assessment data on a three-year cycle. You will receive an email from the GEOC with information about assessment when your assessment year has arrived. The data collection process is not intended to be time intensive or difficult. The GEOC provides a number of different resources to support you in providing data, including a Canvas training course and workshops. We strongly encourage you to attend one of our workshops, but the videos below can provide additional guidance! If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at gened@wayne.edu. The GEOC has created some sample assignments with annotations to highlight how you might use an assignment to complete the Gen Ed assessment process.
