Please allow 5 working days for financial aid forms to be reviewed and processed.   

Check your financial aid requirements in the Financial Aid Portal in Academica.

Many of our forms are electronic and can be submitted to us directly. Documents without social security numbers or other personally identifiable information can also be emailed to us at OneStop@wayne.edu. Forms that are pdf must be printed for use. If your forms are not electronic you can use the link below. Documents submitted via this link will be reviewed and identified before your requirements are updated in Academica.

File the FAFSA to apply for aid

Wayne State's FAFSA Federal School Code is 002329 for all campuses. Select Wayne State University as your school when applying for any federal aid program. 

File the 2024-25 FAFSA to apply for aid for these four MD semesters: Summer 2024, Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring 2025. 

File the 2025-26 FAFSA to apply for aid for these four MD semesters: Summer 2025, Fall 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026.

Satisfactory Academic Progress appeal form

Medical students who do not maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) will be placed on Financial Aid Probation and must submit an appeal form to be considered for continued eligibility.
