Writing in Nursing (WIN)
The Writing in Nursing Learning Community will teach nursing students the skills necessary to become strong writers and improve their success in the NUR 5993 course, as well as other professional writings. Students participate in workshops on writing and other advanced nursing practices. This learning community will help students to learn APA formatting, build a resume, improve formal writing skills, improve communication skills, learn research skills, and connect with on campus resources. Students will also connect with a mentor to assist with progressions in the nursing program. LC is linked to NUR 5993.
