Bio Sketch:
Kristina Aaron is the Assistant Dean, Enrollment & Student Services in the Office of Student Affairs. Kristina has worked in higher education for over 17 years within multiple roles in both student and academic affairs. Most of her higher education positions have been within a nursing academic setting. Kristina’s research interest focuses on resilience theory and how students utilize their strengths to mitigate the effects of adversity to achieve positive academic outcomes. When not in the College of Nursing, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
