Transition Connections
The Transition Connections LC (TCLC) is a new learning community that is specific to men and women who have felonies in their background and are newly entering higher education. The TLCL is a place to process their experiences while also learning how to navigate collegiate level course work. Students can expect to have a safe place to process their experiences as formerly incarcerated men and women and their new identities as college students, in addition to being challenged to learn how to remain college students and navigate community & academy resources. This LC is linked to course SOC 1020 Social Problems (CRN 13697) for fall 2023.
