Keanu Respess
Biography
Keanu Respess serves as one of the Success Coaches within the Warrior 360 community. Although she is a Kentucky native, she was raised in Battle Creek, MI. She received h Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing and Master's degree in Higher Education. Her work with students began during her time as an undergraduate student. However, she began welcoming warriors to Wayne State University in 2019. Her joy from serving students is heavily influenced by herpersonal experiences as a first-generation college graduate.
Entering college, she was excited for the new challenge but often unaware of how to navigate the college environment. She was clueless about the resources and staff available to make my college experience a smooth transition and a great success. Being late to my orientation, missing vital information and not being informed on what was missed, she learned quickly to ask questions. From her experiences, she grew a love assisting students in their college journey to ensure that htey are well informed.
As a Success Coach, she hopes to the questions you have, answer the questions you don't know to ask yet, and to be your personal guide to provide you with the insight needed to be successful.
She appreciates art, and enjoys anything related to fashion and home décor. She also loves reading, organizing, and cleaning to relieve stress. She looks forward to the opportunity to get to know more about you and is excited to be a part of your WSU support team!
