Title IX Investigator and Deputy Title IX Coordinator
Nikolina Dmitruchina is the Assistant Dean of Students and Student Conduct Officer. Nikolina oversees the care outreach process provided by the Care, Support, and Intervention team which includes two Care Case Managers, Coordinator of Student Basic Needs and the Warrior Life Coordinator. The Care, Support, and Intervention team reaches out to students of concern to connect them with support and services. Additionally, Nikolina oversees the student disciplinary process and is responsible for coordinating matters involving student discipline; describing the disciplinary procedures; and informing students and other parties of their rights. Nikolina also serves as a Title IX investigator and a Deputy Title IX Coordinator for students. Deputy Coordinators are available to assist individuals with reporting sexual harassment, seeking supportive measures and filing a formal complaint. Nikolina is the system administrator for the Maxient records management platform.
Nikolina graduated from Central Michigan University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education and from Clemson University in 2003 with a Master of Education in Counselor Education. Nikolina has worked at various universities throughout the United States and has worked abroad.
