Biography:
Timothy Dittrich spent five years as a postdoctoral research associate and staff scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, conducting research for the Department of Energy’s Used Fuel Disposition campaign. He also worked as an NSF Fellow teaching science and engineering to high school students at Skyline High School in Longmont, Colorado

Research Interests:
Contaminant transport modeling, studying how small clay particles help radioactive materials move faster through shallow surface and groundwater environments
