Ashley Strawser began her role as the Assistant Director of Non-J.D. Programs in April 2022.
She previously held the role of admission counselor (July 2021-March 2022 and May 2019-July 2020), and was a student ambassador (August 2018-May 2019) for the Wayne Law Admissions office.
Prior to rejoining Wayne Law in 2021, she was a Washtenaw County Assistant Public Defender and also spent time in law firms working in private criminal defense and contract litigation.
Strawser graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 2019. While in law school, she was an active member of Moot Court, Mock Trial, Women's Law Caucus, and Criminal Law Society. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan - Dearborn where she graduated with high distinction.
