William F. Keilman has served as the Director of Wayne State’s Veteran Student Support Services program since November 2022. Prior to working at Wayne, William worked at Madonna University in Livonia, MI as the Site Coordinator for their Macomb Community College satellite campus. In addition, William served as the staff advisor to Madonna University’s Student Veteran’s Organization. Prior to his work in higher education, William served 23 years in the United States Army culminating as a Military Science Instructor at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX where he taught Military Science.
Having earned his bachelor of arts from Troy University in 2011, William went on to pursue graduate studies at the University of Louisville where he earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration.
