Responsibilities:
The Research Office provides support to faculty and staff on proposal preparation and submission as well as award management of grants and contracts. We serve as a liaison with the university's Sponsored Program Administration office in order to ensure proposals adhere to university and agency guidelines.
 
As the Director, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the Research Office and facilitate research development with faculty and staff in the College of Education. I also serve as the Chair of the College of Education’s student scholarship program.
 
In addition, I currently serve on the following committees:
  • WSU Deans/Directors of Research
  • WSU Spirit of Community Planning Committee
  • WSU Community Engagement Council
  • WSU College of Education Scholarship Committee
