Mario Channey is a Detroit-born art director with a passion for all things creative. Drawing inspiration from icons like Andy Warhol and Saul Bass, as well as his love for movies and music, Mario brings a fresh, modern perspective to typography, design, and marketing. As the Associate Director of Marketing for Wayne State University’s Office of Housing & Residential Life, he consistently strives to elevate the university’s visual identity and marketing efforts to prospective and current students.
A proud Wayne State alum, Mario holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Web Design certificate from the College for Creative Studies. With over 20 years of professional experience, he has crafted brands and identities for small businesses and nonprofits, excelling in event marketing and design.
