Scott R. Millis, PhD, MEd is a tenured Professor in the Department of Neurology and the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is the Director of the Clinical Research Center in the Department of Neurology. Dr. Millis is a Chartered Statistician (CStat) with the British Royal Statistical Society and an Accredited Professional Statistician (PStat) with the American Statistical Association. He is also board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, and Rehabilitation Psychology.
Dr. Millis served as the statistician for the Traumatic Brain Injury National Data Center (TBINDC). Prior to coming to WSU, Dr. Millis was Director of the Office of Clinical Trials at Kessler Medical Rehabilitation Research and Education Corporation. He is the former Chief of Neuropsychology at the DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. His special interests include the development and evaluation of statistical prediction models, Rasch analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and Bayesian model averaging.

Scott R. Millis, Ph.D., MEd is Professor with tenure in the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Wayne State University School of Medicine and the Director of Research at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. Dr. Millis is a Chartered Statistician (CStat) with the British Royal Statistical Society and Chartered Scientist (CSci) with the British Science Council.
Dr. Millis served as the statistician for the Traumatic Brain Injury National Data Center (TBINDC). He is also the former Project Co-Director of the TBINDC. He also served on several data safety and monitoring committees. Prior to coming to WSU, Dr Millis was Director of the Office of Clinical Trials at Kessler Medical Rehabilitation Research and Education Corporation. Dr. Millis is also the former Chief of Neuropsychology at the DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan.
