Wayne Advantage-Macomb advising appointments available

Advising appointments for the Wayne Advantage-Macomb program are available twice a week at Wayne State's satellite campuses in Macomb County.

Students who enroll in Wayne Advantage-Macomb can take classes at both Macomb Community College and WSU at the same time, preparing them to pursue a WSU bachelor's while completing an associate degree at Macomb.

Doug Peacock, an academic services officer with the University Advising Center, specializes in the Wayne Advantage-Macomb program. Appointments with him are available at the University Center-Macomb in Clinton Township from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays and at the Advanced Technology Education Center (ATEC) in Warren from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesdays.

Peacock also can answer general WSU advising questions. Students from both WSU and Macomb Community College can make appointments with him by emailing wayneadvantage@wayne.edu. Current WSU students also can schedule via advisingworks.wayne.edu. Walk-ins are welcome as time permits.

A special Wayne Advantage-Macomb info session will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, March 15, at the University Center-Macomb, UC1-102. Interested students can RSVP online.
