Workshop Series

The WSU PMHSC is happy to provide a variety of workshops designed to strengthen a pre-health science candidate in numerous ways. Workshop topics vary from semester to semester. Check back regularly for a list of workshop topics, dates, times and locations. Our workshops are held either in person or via Zoom The PMHSC strongly recommends signing up to receive a reminder email as workshops are generally not recorded. Reminder emails are sent between 24-48 hours before the workshop date.

I Applied to Nursing School... What Now? - Wednesday, May 15 at 11am on Zoom

There is often uncertainty and the question “Now What?” after applying to the nursing program. This workshop will address practical ways to answer this question and move forward to reach your goal of becoming a nurse.

This workshop will assist students prepare to apply to dental school. Get all your questions about the application process answered and gain valuable insights and tips from our knowledgeable PMHSC advisors.

Application Work Sessions

Join us to get real-time application support from the experts in the PMHSC. Bring a laptop, writing samples, and all your questions so we can help you put together the most competitive application possible. You're also welcome you to come enjoy a quiet place to work on your application. These sessions are open to all pre-health students (pre med, dent, pa, ot, vet, etc.). No RSVP neccessary.
