First tier of customer support and communication for the College of Nursing IT Department. Responsible for ensuring technological needs and issues are met in a timely, efficient manner for all Nursing faculty and staff. Proficient in resolving hardware and software issues, and making sure proper communication is transmitted to anyone in need of assistance with long-term resolve and credible feedback. My passion here is helping our faculty and staff accomplish their goals and objectives, while making sure their technological resources are performing at the standard needed for the highest quality of work.
