I am a research associate with WSU in the Children and Families Lab. We are partnering with DMC Children's Hospital and researching how teens think and feel about themselves as well as the relationships in their lives.

Why did you choose Wayne State?
I chose Wayne State because I wanted to go to a university that is world-renowned for amazing academics and overall quality of campus life. I love the area that WSU is in because there are always fun things to do like go to Campus Martius, a Red Wings game or shopping downtown.

Where is the best place to study?
The Undergraduate Library, the DIA or the Detroit Public Library.

Where's your favorite place to eat?
Olympic Grill or Alley Taco.

Alpha Gamma Delta. I love being a part of a sorority because I am surrounded by amazing women who inspire me to be the best I can be in every aspect of my life.

I chose Wayne State mainly for its diversity. I wanted to have the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and open my mind to different people's viewpoints.

I am the president of Philosophy Club. What I love the most about it is the fact that we get to talk about philosophy in a fun and engaging atmosphere.

The 3rd floor of the UGL is the best place because it is the quietest place on campus. It's nice to study there with headphones on.

Why did you choose Wayne State?
I felt very welcomed coming to WSU. The city of Detroit was a huge reason I attended along with the diverse campus. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and attend a college that was out of my hometown.

I am part of philosophy club and I love discussing different ideas and talking about viewpoints and perspectives on many moral and ethical issues.

I love to study on the 7th floor of the Student Center in the Office of Multicultural Student Engagement (OMSE).

What is your favorite thing about living on campus?
I lived on campus during my first-year at WSU as an APEX Scholar and it gave me the opportunity to meet people that became friends that I still have today.

What is your favorite thing to do on campus?
I enjoy going to the museums, Midtown/Downtown, and the Rec Center to play basketball with friends.
