Jeff Stoltman is an expert in marketing, specifically consumer research, retailing and marketing strategy. He is an active consultant, having worked with over 100 organizations, in areas such as strategy development and strategic planning, organizational change, marketing research, customer research and loyalty/relationship management, product development, and promotion strategy. His research interests include: marketing and the law, consumer safety and associated marketing and public policy issues; marketing and organizational strategy development and implementation; lifestyles, shopping behavior, marketing trends and economic development; promotional strategy/ integrated marketing communication; relationship marketing and customer loyalty management; marketing strategies and business development in the sports and entertainment industry; and marketing strategies and business practices in the higher education market.
