Peter Henning is an expert in white collar crime, insider trading, fraud, market manipulation, professional responsibility and the legal profession, criminal law and procedure, criminal pretrial advocacy and securities litigation. Professor Henning is an elected member of the American Law Institute and chair of the Book Board for the Criminal Justice Section of the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Criminal Law and Procedure Drafting Committee for the National Conference of Bar Examiners that is responsible for drafting and reviewing questions for the multi-state bar exam. He writes a regular column, "White Collar Watch," for The New York Times DealBook and has been quoted in a number of media outlets.
