Leadership through Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is at the heart of great leadership by understanding ourselves and those around us, building lasting and trusting relationships, as well as creating positive social change in our community. In partnership with Housing and Residential Life, a brand new class is being offered to undergraduate students called "Leadership through Emotional Intelligence." Students currently in leadership roles are encouraged to apply for the class because it is designed to help sharpen the definition of your own leadership style. You will be asked to analyze personal experiences and put the content of the course into immediate practice with peers looking to do the same.
