When attending the tech scout, please bring all of the following items/information with you:

• A written list of everything you wish to bring on campus (i.e. set dressing, special effects, large equipment, etc.).
• Be prepared to discuss:
  • Placement of any cranes, generators and all production vehicles.
  • Quantity and lengths of trucks, generators and large equipment.
  • Cabling plans in and out of any buildings.

Once the university has approved everything discussed during the tech scout, you will be notified that your shoot has been approved.

Approval to film should not be assumed until you are given final verbal approval by a liaison from the Business and Auxiliary Operations Department.
