Military Veterans

Wayne State welcomes veterans and provides dedicated services for your transition to college life. It takes just a couple of steps to begin:

1. Contact the Office of Military & Veterans Educational Benefits for information regarding your benefits.
2. Apply for undergraduate admission to Wayne State University. Apply here for graduate admission.
3. Meet with the dedicated veterans’ advisor to select a major and plan your coursework.

OMVEB can provide assistance and access to:

• Archives for Military Educational Transcripts/DD Form 214 retrieval
• Vocational rehabilitation
• Membership in the Student Veteran Organization for peer support and social opportunities
• Veterans’ Educational Opportunities Program (VEOP), conveniently located on our main campus
