Congratulations to Don Pata, College of Education Alumnus
Don Pata, Physics Teacher at Grosse Pointe North high school, won the PAEMST (Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching) the highest award that the federal government gives to K-12 teachers.
NSF and the White House give two awards per state per year (one in science teaching and one in mathematics teaching).
