Counselor Education
- Description: Wayne State University, through the College of Education, offers Master of Arts degree programs appropriate for the counseling work in K-12 school systems, community agencies, substance abuse treatment agencies/centers, sports and exercise agencies/facilities, corporate structures, medical forensic institutions, nursing homes, rehabilitation agencies/centers and independent practices. Counselor Education programs vary in length based upon concentration. The total credit range is from 53-72.
