We’ve been quietly enjoying our new Website, and continue to get many favorable comments.

Joan has asked us to establish a new link in addition to the 8 links in the burgundy box on our home page. I think we would want to call the link “Vendor Alerts/Recalls Notices”. We would use this link to create a virtual library of notices we receive about defective products. We only receive such notices a few times per year, but don’t currently have a way to make the information readily available and visible to the University community. An e-mail blast is probably not appropriate, since there are typically only a few areas for any recall that may be affected.

Is this something that’s easily done? If the link can be created and pointed to a blank page, we can very quickly populate the page. We don’t currently have content.
