Progress Update
The University has been purposefully quiet on this website and in the media in recent weeks as a working group focused intensely on the question of performance review and related issues.
The working group collaborated on a set of recommendations that were shared last week with President Gilmour and AAUP leadership. The full bargaining team resumed negotiations on Tuesday, Aug. 28. The parties are now bargaining on the working group’s recommendations and several other complex issues. Moving forward, a full schedule of bargaining has been agreed upon, including the next talks set for today, Aug. 31.
