The Faculty/Staff Orientation is coordinated by Employment Service Center (ESC) through the hiring manager or unit. It conveys timely, necessary information regarding WSU policies, benefits, program enrollment, completion of forms, parking, OneCard, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), unions, and other important aspects of working here at WSU.

The Faculty/Staff Orientation is typically held every Monday at the Welcome Center (except for holidays and school closures). It takes approximately 4 hours and you will report to your manager or supervisor afterwards.

Please note: Scheduling for attending the faculty/staff orientation should be coordinated through the Employment Service Center for new hires to ensure that the employee's information and materials are secured.
