This program is for supervisors and managers who would like to be certified in the P&A Method II.  This program covers the Employment Process -- Effective Selection and Interviewing; The Performance Appraisal Process; and  Union Contract Administration. Method II training participants must have the authority to hire and/or terminate P&A employees.
