Wayne State has something for everyone. Climb our 30-foot-high climbing wall in the Mort Harris Recreation and Fitness Center, cheer the Warrior athletes or attend an on-campus concert, play, dance recital or art exhibit. Nearly 200 recognized student organizations sponsor everything from ethnic celebrations to political debates
One of Wayne State University's goals is to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with our community as a catalyst for the region's social, cultural, economic and educational enrichment.

- September 6 2008 at 10:30 AMWickes Memorial StadiumRide in style on the Warrior Express - a.k.a., motorcoach - from Wayne State to Saginaw Valley State's campus, where you'll join fellow football fans for a tailgate party and Warrior football game on Saturday, Sept. 6. Chow down, drink up and play games. Then show off your Warrior garb. The party starts at 10:30 a.m., kickoff is at noon at Wickes Memorial Stadium. After the game, catch a ride home on the Warrior Express and leave the driving to us. Game tickets are included. The bus will pick up at two locations: Wayne State's Matthaei Athletics Complex, at 8 a.m. and the I-75/Sashabaw Road Park & Ride at 8:45 a.m. Cost is $25 for alumni association members, $30 for non-members.
