• Wayne State's Reuther Library of Labor and Urban Affairs is the largest archival library of its kind in the United States.
   
• WSU's Hilberry Theatre features the nation's first and only full-season graduate repertory company. Each year the Hilberry Theatre graduate program receives more than 500 applications from across the nation for fewer than 20 openings.
   
• The WSU Warriors placed 21st in the nation in the 2009-2010 Directors' Cup standings of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics - the highest finish in WSU's history.
